2. Age restriction

Only adults may use the Site, and the minimum is 18. Gambling ages in Canada are set province by province: Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec allow it from 18, while the other provinces and the territories set the age at 19. Real-money gambling under the age that applies in your province or territory is not allowed. Using the Site confirms that you are at least 18 and that you will respect your local gambling age. 3. Disclaimer

Everything on the Site is general information about Ice Fishing: how its rules, features and numbers work. If the Site and the rules inside the game, or the Site and a casino's terms, ever say different things, the game's own rules and the casino's terms are the ones that count.

Ice Fishing is a game of chance in which money can be lost, and the worked examples on the Site show how the mechanics behave rather than what will happen. The name Ice Fishing, together with its logos and artwork, is trademarks or other property of Evolution. They appear on the Site only so the game can be described and discussed. The Site has no partnership with Evolution, which has neither endorsed, sponsored, reviewed nor approved its pages. All other trademarks remain with their owners.

Copyright protects the Site's text and design. Reading the pages and sharing links to them for your own non-commercial use is welcome; copying or republishing the content is not, unless permission has been given.

5. Links to third-party sites

The Site's buttons and certain links take you to outside websites, online casinos included. Those websites are run by others, and the Site cannot control what they publish, what they offer, whether they are available or how they behave. 6. Limitation of liability

The Site comes as it is and may be edited, paused or shut down at any time. As far as the law permits, the Site bears no responsibility for losses that result from relying on its content, from playing Ice Fishing or any other game, or from dealings with outside websites, including deposits, wagers and withdrawals there. The Site has no access to casino accounts and no role in disputes about bets, bonuses or payouts in Ice Fishing; those are for the casino to resolve.
